Life can be full of stress, anxiety, and overwhelming problems. Therapy
We offer individual therapy for teens and adults.
Our therapists are trauma-informed, resiliency focused, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming, social justice advocates who work from an anti-oppressive and anti-racist framework. We are a goal-focused team and work with you to create collaborative and realistic goals for our work together.
Trainings
We offer trainings, presentations, and workshops on a variety of clinical or organizational topics. Trainings can be in-person or virtual.

Supervision
Because learning does not stop with your Masters degree, we offer supervision services. Whether you’re seeking clinical hours towards licensure or a field instructor for your clinical internship, let our experience help guide you to the next milestone in your career.
Group and Individual supervision is available with a WA state approved Social Work supervisor.
Immigration Evaluations
We know how impactful a comprehensive Immigration Evaluation can be to your application for citizenship. We strive to have your report back to you in 14 days after your last interview.
