Trauma

 

We specialize in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and trauma. Our goal is to help survivors process their traumatic experiences and develop the resiliency need to thrive.

We use the following evidence-based modalities:

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Prolonged Exposure (PE), including DBT-PE

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

Deciding to work on the impact of your traumatic experience may seem daunting or terrifying. Your clinician will partner with you to determine the best course of treatment to meet your needs and current level of comfort.


Stress | Life Transitions

 

Whether you are a teen moving to a new school, an adult struggling in a new role at work, or just a person going through stuff, we know that stress is a part of life and it can be difficult to manage transitions. We have many years of experience working with Adjustment Disorders sometimes occurring with Anxiety, Depression, or both. We will utilize a blend of psychodynamic therapy with behavioral interventions to meet your needs if a more structured treatment is not a good fit.


BIPOC

 

The world presents unique stressors for folx with BIPOC or mixed identities. Navigating through it all can be overwhelming, and frustrating, to say the least. Coming to therapy doesn’t have to be another space where you code switch or worry about how you’re perceived. Our therapists “get it” and are here to help you unpack and navigate through it all.


Gender | Sexuality

Exploring your gender identity or discovering your sexual orientation does not need to be a time of loneliness or frustration. Our affirming and inclusive team is dedicated to helping you figure it out. We are here to support you thrive in a heteronormative, cis-world by developing the resiliency and self-confidence you need to be authentically and unapologetically you.


Anxiety | Depression

 
 

Our clinicians are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and will work with you to learn how thoughts, feelings, and actions work together to increase symptoms of Anxiety and Depression. We will work with you to help understand your symptoms and partner with you to find solutions.
